The SEI Team has developed this website to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to ECS III customers. This dynamic, robust, flexible and program management tool enables NIH and other government customers to track orders and manage inventory. By fully integrating the sales, delivery, and systems management necessary to the success of the ECS III program, the SEI Team will be capable of not only reacting to, but anticipating the needs of its government customers. Additionally, the SEI Team is organized to allow for rapid escalation of customer needs to senior decision makers. |
